Hello Everyone, The intercalibration session will be on Thursday, October 16, at the O.C. Coastkeeper office at 3151 Airway Ave. suite F-110 Costa Mesa, Ca. You can drop in between 4 pm and 10 pm to run your equipment against standards, get trained in water monitoring techniques and pick up test kits as necessary. We will also be training people to do water monitoring so send your volunteers! Water monitors are needed for World Water Monitoring Day! For this one day event on October 18 we will need water monitors for every stream in Orange County. This is your chance to give water monitoring a try and have fun doing it. No experience is necessary and all equipment is provided. The event is scheduled to run from 8 am to 2 pm on Saturday, October 18. Meet at the O.C. Coastkeeper office at 3151 Airway Ave. suite F-110 Costa Mesa, Ca. Parking is free. Contact any of the CWMOC member organizations for more information. Just click on their logo on the CWMOC homepage or call Ray at (714) 850-1965. Keep a eye on this website for event updates! Thanks for your help, Ray Hiemstra Facilitator ray@coastkeeper.org Citizen Watershed Monitors of Orange County
